The real thing is that churches are right now mortal places for believers. They killed more people than any other building, and yet, nobody has tell them to be aware of those buildings.
I see San Pedro Church everyday, and there, people has used “makeup” to hide the huge dameges in the roofs. So, it is INC? Come on….

INC, Defensa Civil, Telefonica, etc. We are clearly people not used to apply prevemptive meassures, but just to cry over spilled milk.
