Esta Reserva les brinda la oportunidad de ver un paisaje maravilloso conformado por el contraste de un bosque tropical del Pacifico junto con un bosque seco ecuatorial. Además, por la presencia de la Cordillera de Amotapes y su variada vegetación, ha sido denominado el Centro mundial de diversidad de Plantas. I’d recommend, if you’ve got some time, the walk from Pimentel to Santa Rosa, along the beach of course. It should be about 2 hours, maybe 3, but you’ll find a couple of sunken ships from decades ago, and of course lots of sand, sea, wind, cliffs and quietness. To me it’s just heaven.
