hi viki, the only way would be to get in touch with the embassy of his country, its so corrupt that you could never trust anyone to pass money to him. the place is not just a prison its an asylum.. its where all your nightmares can come true.

Do you know how I could get in contact with an inmate in lurigancho?
I watched the National Geo docu about ‘The worlds hardest prison peru” and would like to help ‘carlos’ one of the outcast prisoners?
that was interviewed.
Such despair, he is HIV positive, no family, no friends no help from anyone, so I would like to help him

im sorry that u had to…just watched a documentary about the prison it was awful corrupt isnt the word and i probebly didnt see the worst of it

oh my god… i did 4 years in that dump san juan de lurigancho from 1998 – 2003… reading this took me back to somewhere i don,t wanna go..i would not even visit there if i was you the place is so corrupt better to keep away
