		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m not a big seafood fan, in fact I&#039;ve hated it all my life, but Peruvian seafood is the only seafood in the world I will eat.

You are right about Peruvian gastronomy being unknown. As an ignorant American I thought all Latin American food was Tacos and refried beans.

Fortunately I was introduced to the pantheon of mouth watering Peruvian foods when I started dating my husband.

It&#039;s now the only thing I cook when back in the States.]]></description>
