		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;m really surprised that Peruvian food hasn&#039;t caught on as much. Ceviche could be trendy, like sushi, but there are about 50 Japanese restaurants for every Peruvian.

I don&#039;t see the salchipapas catching on though:)]]></description>
