Miraflores claims that the market belongs to them. It’s really a fight over which Alcalde can funnel the taxes into their special interest pockets.

I’ve seen Mayor Allison in person before, he came off as a nice guy, but not one of the brightest bulbs in the bunch to say the least. He does give a lot back to the community however.
