		<description><![CDATA[Reminds me of the conflict of the Surquillo Market. Miraflores claims that the market belongs to them. It&#039;s really a fight over which Alcalde can funnel the taxes into their special interest pockets.

I&#039;ve seen Mayor Allison in person before, he came off as a nice guy, but not one of the brightest bulbs in the bunch to say the least. He does give a lot back to the community however.]]></description>
