What a wonderful gastronomic journey you have described here, wow! You have opened my appetite with those delights! Especially with those desserts from capital city of Lima, the “Suspiro a la Limeña”, the “Picarones” or de “Mazamorra morada” for example, they are all culinary Marvels! My best tries of this sweets were at the Hotel Libertador Lima, there is where I stay hosted every time I go to lima because is well located in San Isidro (very near to Miraflores) and just because you already know me my friends here I found this link for you all to check it out, good luck! : http://www.libertador.com.pe/en/2/1/3/lima-hotel
