This is absurd, yet amazing. Although, I have to admit, I didn’t really take to pisco during my short stay in Peru. However, pisco sours were quite delicious. Happy Birthday Peru!!

I am glad I found your blog and I want to thank you for your coverage and interest in Peru’s culture and history. I really wish my countrymen would spend a little more time reading through your articles. Hope you enjoyed some Pisco too. If you are ever in the area, try the artisan production from the towns of Mala, and San Pedro de Flores south of Lima.
