Eating out is a hobby in this city (the quantity of fatties is evidence of this) and “international cuisine” is a big fashion. The closest Peruvian restaurant in these parts is 2 hours North in Cincinnati, Ohio @ Sabor Peruano. Louisville is the 16th largest metro area in the US, so it’s not a small market at all to be catering to.
