They tell me the experience was probably the most exciting five hours they spent during their trip. They were impressed with the email communications they received from Natalia prior to their arrival in the Sacred Valley (she was detailed and totaly accurate with her information) and so pleased they had Ario as their guide up the rock face on the day of their climb.
