Of course, a sustainable site development including the community is the best solution, but meanwile, archeologists as Ruth Shady in Caral and Vicente Cortez in the Bosque de Pomac deserve all the protection and support form the Government and the local authorities. So much fuzz form Promperu should take care of this matter.

I remember that years ago when National Geographic and those from Colorado University make so much fuzz on the site..where are them when the real protection come from financial powers…they came to take but not for giving…

Perhaps this is an opportunity to involve local communities in compatible and sustainable site development and tourism planning. An ancient pyramid is a community asset which can produce economic benefit for all time forward, with some planning. Science and the community share an interest in preserving these irreplaceable sites when local community economic interests benefit within a sustainable development model.
