		<description><![CDATA[I&#039;ve traveled to Bogota before and even transiting through El Dorado airport the Capital city smells like a gas pump. Maybe the pollution levels are less noticeable in Lima due to it being next to the Pacific ocean. Many people suffer from respiratory disorders in Lima due to the pollution, that&#039;s why places like Chaclacayo and Chosica are popular day escapes from the air pollution.

Not surprisingly Peru also has the most dangerous roads. It just goes to show how dilapidated the transportation system is and demonstrates the irresponsibility of the transportation ministry with all their empty promises.]]></description>
